If you want to achieve the 'tikka' colour you can add a couple of tsp of red food colouring to the mix Leave to marinate as long as you can in the fridge. However, if you only have 5 minutes that will even do! Meal prepping - this would store in the fridge well. I would keep it for max 3 days and store the salad separately. Ensure food is always cooled down before you place in the fridge.
