Love love loved this!! Although I found the red curry paste quite overpowered the peanut butter in mine so I don’t know if using less is an option for me next time x

Swapped the rice for microwave rice peas and sweetcorn and this curry is absolutely incredible. The nicest curry I've home made. Wow. This will be a favourite 💗
