Step 1

Make the Caesar dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chopped garlic and black pepper. Add a small splash of water and stir until smooth and drizzleable. Cover and place in the fridge until needed. For a smoother sauce you can pop it in a blender!

Notes

Cooking together: If you have a dual air fryer, or enough space to cook both at once, you can get the chicken started at 180°C, then cook the potatoes separately at 200°C while the chicken finishes.

For a lighter version, leave off the crispy bacon bits and either reduce or skip the garlic herb butter. You could also use a little less Parmesan to reduce the calories further
