You can stir through some spinach or even mushrooms for added veggies. You can cook the chicken in the same pan first, then remove and carry on with the onions to save washing up or keep it separate and toss together at the end so the chicken stays warm and fresh. If you aren't a fan of orzo, just swap to normal pasta.
