Swaps & Subs

  • For extra volume, add grated courgette when pan frying the onions and peppers. You can also add some chopped spinach or sweetcorn.

  • If you prefer less spice, reduce the chipotle paste to 1 tsp.

  • For extra heat, add chilli flakes or sliced jalapeños before melting the cheese.

  • You can grill the cheese for a more baked pasta style finish instead of covering with a lid.

  • Turkey bacon or extra chicken can be used instead of chorizo if preferred
