Notes

If you want to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder to the mixture to make them higher protein you can do so. You may need to add a little more milk. Start with 20ml increments until you reach a good consistency. Meal prep - yes you can store cooked pancakes in the fridge! Just make sure to completely cool them before storing in an airtight container. You can use parchment paper in between each to prevent them sticking together. They will last for 3 days. To reheat pancakes, pop them in the toaster, warm them in the oven, or gently heat them in a non-stick skillet. It's best to leave the toppings until you are ready to eat, if having on the go, store in a separate container. Adjust sweetness - our sweet tooths vary so do increase or decrease the sweetener as needed (especially if you use a Stevia based protein powder if you use it)

These were incredible!🤤 I’m not a massive fan of biscoff so I swapped the biscoff spread for milk and cookies chocolate spread. Next time, I definitely need to leave it in the microwave for longer and maybe crumble up an Oreo to go with it!
