You can bulk this out really easily if you need to make it go further. Add a tin of kidney beans or black beans to the chilli to increase volume and keep it filling. You can also stir through some frozen sweetcorn or diced carrots for extra veg without adding much cost. Using slightly more potatoes and a little less beef is another easy way to keep it budget-friendly without losing that loaded feel.
