Notes

If you prefer thicker overnight oats, opt for authentic greek yoghurt such as fage and add only a dash of milk. If not using protein powder, increase the oats to 40g. Overnight oats typically stay fresh for 3 to 5 days when stored properly in the refrigerator. If you've added fruit, their freshness might affect the shelf life, so it's best to add those closer to when you're ready to eat them if not the following day.

This was amazing, I omitted the biscoff sauce in this one and just put the biscuit in the top. A definite favourite for breakfast. I always go back to this one .
