These are such a tasty way to use up any leftover meat from your Sunday dinner or over Christmas time such as Turkey. You can add stuffing, and if you wanted extra crunch, chopped up roasties are also banging stuffed in the buns. For a lighter version, you can omit the cheese, they are still banging! Serve with some gorgeous honey glazed carrots/parsnips on the side or any greens.

Loved this. It was so tasty. We went for the cheese slice as had no mozzarella but next time we will definitely use mozzarella. Delicious as all the recipes here!
