Happy Friday 🤍 This week’s menu is packed with banging dinners, cosy comfort meals and a few fakeaway style options that are perfect when you’re craving something takeaway-ish but still want to cook at home. On the menu this week: – One Pan Sticky Sriracha Beef Fried Rice – Crispy Mango Chutney Chicken Bites – Dump & Bake Cheesy Beef Ragu Ravioli Bake (can swap to tortellini if you prefer) – Honey Chipotle Chicken Burrito Bowls – Baked Tikka & Mango Chutney Burritos – Crispy Honey BBQ Chicken Burgers – Sweet Potato Hunters Chicken Pie I’ve tried to reuse a few ingredients across the recipes this week (like chicken, mango chutney and BBQ flavours) to keep things practical and help reduce food waste too.
