Happy Friday 🤍 this week’s dinner plan has got a bit of everything. Quick midweek meals, proper comfort food, and a few big flavours in the mix. On the menu this week: – Cheesy peri chicken pasta – Honey chilli chicken noodles – Dump & bake pizza chicken and rice – Creamy chicken & chorizo loaded potatoes (swap for sweet potatoes if you prefer) – Crispy bang bang chicken bites with rice – BBQ ranch chicken & bacon cheeseburger – Sweet potato hunters chicken pie As always, everything’s flexible and you can swap out anything you don’t fancy, add extras and a few of these work really well for leftovers too if you like to cook once but eat twice. A low-faff peri peri pasta made with juicy chicken and a simple cream cheese sauce. It’s creamy, lightly spiced and comes together quickly using ingredients you’re likely to already have in. You can add a diced pepper, chopped spinach or grated courgette if you wish to bulk it out further.
