You can swap the fat free Greek style yoghurt for skyr or a thick dairy-free yoghurt if needed. The lighter than light mayonnaise can be replaced with regular light mayonnaise, though the sauce will be slightly richer. Adjust the vinegar to taste depending on how tangy you like it, and fresh herbs can be used instead of dried if you have them just finely chop and use a little more.
