Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add all of the sauce ingredients and leave over a low simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened. See notes if you need help to thicken it quicker.
Fries, Homemade Chips or in a Salad to keep things light. They're also super tasty in wraps!

You could play around with a mix of apple and lemon juice but it may alter the taste
