Ingredients: 400 g Chicken mini fillets; 15 g Plain flour; 1 tspn Smoked paprika; 1 tspn Garlic granules; 30 g Panko breadcrumbs; 40 g Cornflakes, crushed; 1 Egg, whisked; 1 tbsp Sesame seeds; 200 ml Pineapple juice; 1 1/2 tbsp Light soy sauce; 1 1/2 tbsp Dark soy sauce; 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce; 20 g Brown sugar; 1 1/2 tspn Lemon juice; 1 1/2 tspn Chopped garlic; 1 pinch Cayenne pepper; 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar

This chicken is absolutely BANGIN. Crispy chicken strips tossed in a sweet and tangy glaze garnished with plenty of sesame seeds.
