Pigs in Blankets Alfredo

In my opinion, one of the best ways to have pigs in blankets is with a creamy pasta. The smokiness and saltiness of the pork really compliments the pasta.

Notes

For a higher protein version, you can use chicken chipolatas and wrap in some streaky bacon. To make mini ones simply cut in halves or quarters once wrapped in bacon. You can stir through some chopped spinach for added veg.

This is my second time making this and i love it - I added a little chilli and used Red Leicester this time for a twist and it was delicious! Both me and my partner enjoyed it

Tasty and quick! Was meant to be cooking Sunday dinner but as had little time, why not have pasta but use the pigs in blankets instead. Deffo will make again
