Notes

Subs:
If you don’t want the wraps too spicy, reduce or leave out the cayenne pepper in both the chicken coating and the hot sauce.

Greek yoghurt can be used instead of mayo in the ranch sauce for a lighter option, although the sauce will be slightly tangier.

Lettuce and red onion keep it fresh and crunchy, but pickles, jalapeños or shredded cabbage also work really well in these wraps.

For a quicker ranch sauce, mix a couple of spoonfuls of store bought light ranch with Greek yoghurt to make it go a bit further while keeping it creamy and high protein.
