Subs
Chicken mince or turkey mince can be used instead of beef mince.
Lower calorie - omit the hot honey and use reduced fat cheddar sliced alternatively omit the tortilla chips.
Mature cheddar can be used instead of Mexicana cheese.
For extra volume, add more lettuce and tomatoes.
If you don't have mini tortilla wraps, use a cereal bowl or small plate to cut two circles from the large tortillas. These can be used to seal the centre of the crunchwrap in exactly the same way.

This was absolute DYNAMITE! Actually stunning!! I cheated by using pre-made hot honey instead of honey and chilli flakes. I didn't have lime juice but feel like it wasn't needed anyway. This is going to be a go-to 100%
