Subs & added extras

  • You can sub the pork sausage for chicken, turkey or veggie

  • Stir through a handful of spinach at the end for extra veg or sliced mushrooms whilst cooking

  • Add in a tbsp hot sauce when adding the honey in to the sausage for extra flavour

  • Finish with extra chilli flakes if you like more heat

We loved this, gluten free sausages and pasta as my wife is coeliac, just a a note that the method doesn't say when to add the pepper, we prefer ours more crunchy so added it after softening the onion. Looking forward to our next tea time adventure.
