Hot Honey Mexicana Cheese Burrito Bowl

A quick, easy and absolutely banging burrito bowl. This one has taco spiced beef, with melted Mexicana cheese and a drizzle of hot honey. Paired with Mexican flavoured rice, fresh salad and a dollop of nacho cheese dip. Perfect for the warmer evenings when you don't want to spend ages cooking!

Notes

I used leftover pickled ones, mix red onion in a bowl/jar with equal parts distilled vinegar & warm water with a pinch of salt.

Swap some of the rice for extra lettuce/ or salad to reduce the calories.

You can serve with either nacho cheese or chilli heatwave tortilla chips.
