Wow this is AMAZING! Prepped it the night before as i work nights so my partner could put it in the oven, he went a bit rouge and added chorizo but still tasted amazing! Re-heats well and have the leftovers tonight! Definitely a hit and would 1000% make again!

This looks awful but oh my it tasted so good! I love how effortless this was to make, even my 2yr old enjoyed it & he’s a fussy lad! 😂 I added onion & yellow pepper instead of the courgette & drizzled ranch sauce over it 🤤
