Oh, I loooove this one – such a fabulous flavor combination! 🤩👌 I used a pizza crust instead, as I couldn’t get any flatbreads.

Substituted the ndjuda for chorizo as couldn't find any in the shop but went really well and made the Lemon Rocket & Parmesan Salad to go with it and was perfect on top. Made one with alterations for my nearly 1 year old and was a big hit! Didn't include the salt, sweetener, chorizo or hot honey for her but still super yummy.

I made this but with a few tweaks - I used tortilla wraps instead of flatbread purely because I forgot to buy them 😂, I left out the nduja as I dont like it and I shredded the chicken instead but it was still very good, I'll definitely make it again
