Notes

You can swap the beef mince for chicken mince, turkey mince or lamb depending on preference.

If you don’t have flatbreads, this works just as well as a bowl or loaded wrap. Freeze any leftover flatbreads, they keep well!

The potatoes can be swapped for chips or wedges if you want more of a fakeaway feel.

If you prefer, add a pinch of chilli flakes or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra heat.

Can sweet potatoes be used instead? If so, does it make a big difference calorie wise?

Oh definitely Laurie, they’d work wonderfully here. I would suggest cutting your chunks slightly bigger than standard potato as they do shrink a lot more. Calorie wise there isn’t too much of a difference

Great! Trying to add a bit more fibre but know that sweet potato does contain more calories. I may try a half and half mix. 😊
