Serve with a simple side salad (rocket works well) or with homemade fries. If using cream cheese, loosen with a touch of water until a sauce forms. If you can't get hold of chicken mince, you can use chicken breast fillets and pop them in a food processor!

Hi Darcy! If the sauce feels a bit too thin, next time try letting it simmer uncovered till it thickens, which usually takes a few extra minutes to develop those creamy, rich flavors. Glad you found them lush! x
