Notes

As the mix doesn't have banana for sweetness, I used granulated sweetener. You could also use some honey, maple syrup or even apple sauce. Protein powder - I like to add some for a protein boost, but if not you can sub for oat flour (blend oats) or plain flour. Almond milk - lower in cals than traditional milk but you can use any. SWAPS - if you make swaps with the protein powder and milk, start gradually with the milk listed and increase to get a cake like batter. You don't want the mixture too thick or too thin. Meal prep - Store the baked oat bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. You can also freeze them for longer storage (up to 3 months).

I used too small of a dish so they ended up taking close to an hour in the oven. They taste SO good so I’m going to try again in a bigger pan again for next week’s coffee snack

I’m loving these baked oats with Greek yoghurt and honey for breakfast in the mornings. They’re super quick to prep, stop sweet cravings throughout the day and keep me full. I swapped the milk chocolate chips for white chocolate chips and added some frozen raspberries but will definitely try the milk chocolate version too. 🤩
