This makes 8 large muffins, if you prefer smaller ones fill them up slightly less to make 10. My favourite way to add more volume to these kind of sweet treats, is to serve in a yoghurt bowl with fruit. You can blast the muffin for 10-15 seconds first so that the chocolate goes gooey. Serve with greek yoghurt (you can add protein powder if you want to boost the protein more) with some chopped strawberries.

I am OBSESSED 😍 made these yesterday, heated up in the microwave for 30 seconds and added carnation caramel sauce on the side…perfection🤤
