Notes

If you can't find chicken mince, blend chicken breast in a food processor until finely minced.

Pickled red onions add loads of flavour and colour to the finished wraps. You can buy these ready made from the shop or you can make your own by adding 1 small red onion to a jar/bowl with equal parts distilled vinegar and hot water with a pinch of salt.

Was a decent quick meal, probs not my fave...i'm not sure why. Maybe I find chicken mince a bit dry in general, but as a quick go to, I'd do it again. The sauce was great as per usual.
