Wow! I recently had goats cheese gnocchi at an Italian restaurant and this is giving the same vibe, definitely making this again and might try it with goats cheese instead of the cheddar & mozarella.

Oh my where do I start ! Easiest meal to prepare yet and the most delicious flavours . This is my favourite meal so far. It feels indulgent and like a treat with all the cheese’s. This will definitely be making a regular appearance at the dinner table .
