Cheesy Chicken Tikka Loaded Garlic & Coriander Fries

Crispy fries tossed in garlic butter, topped with juicy chicken tikka, melty mozzarella and finished under the grill until golden. It's a proper banging fakeaway perfect for the weekend, although you could easily switch it up to some cubed potatoes for in the week.

Notes

Shortcut option: If you’re short on time, you can use McCain Home Chips Lighter instead of homemade fries. Cook according to the packet, then continue with the recipe as written. Lighter option: you can reduce the cheese to 50g which still gives plenty of melt. You can also skip the garlic butter and toss the chips with garlic granules, dried coriander leaf and olive oil instead.
