You can tweak this to suit your macros by adding less/more biscuit or spread. I would keep the base the same, unless you are not using protein powder. If you are not using protein powder, you can add a tsp vanilla extract, or a dash of honey to sweeten up the yoghurt if you find it naturally quite tart. Alternatively, mix the spread through the yoghurt to give it some flavour. I use frozen raspberries and crumble some of them on top. If you prefer them to be more juicy, you can blast them for 15 seconds in the microwave prior to using them as a topping. I also love to have these as a pudding at night, just half the amounts of everything used.

I didn’t have any frozen raspberries so I used strawberries and frozen blueberries instead but I microwaved the blueberries. Absolutely love this and can’t wait to make it with frozen raspberries instead
