You can save 160 calories per portion by omitting the pitta chips if you want to save on cals at dinner or even make it for lunch. You could also use the salad and kofta to stuff inside the pitta if you fancy more of a sandwich type dinner. You could still serve with the garlic yoghurt sauce inside with the potatoes on the side.

Wedges are a great swap, Ellen! A quick air fry at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins should do wonders for them. x

Bringing the Greek Vibes to January. Switched out the baby potatoes for crispy slices and the pitta for flat bread

Love that you’re giving it a Greek twist, Gemma! Hope it still hit the spot with those crispy slices. Would love to hear how it paired with the koftas!

Wouldn't make again, nothing to do with the recipe more the kofta and the cooking. Will use the salad and feta again & the potatoes were enjoyed by my son who doesn't like baby potatoes usually. So thank you for that.we can have new potatoes in recipes again!
