Wedges are a great swap, Ellen! A quick air fry at 200 degrees celsius for 10-15 mins should do wonders for them. x

Bringing the Greek Vibes to January. Switched out the baby potatoes for crispy slices and the pitta for flat bread

Love that youβre giving it a Greek twist, Gemma! Hope it still hit the spot with those crispy slices. Would love to hear how it paired with the koftas!

Wouldn't make again, nothing to do with the recipe more the kofta and the cooking. Will use the salad and feta again & the potatoes were enjoyed by my son who doesn't like baby potatoes usually. So thank you for that.we can have new potatoes in recipes again!
