On the menu you’ve got: – Dump & bake chicken curry rice – Creamy garlic parmesan chicken one pan lasagne – One pan cheesy honey chipotle tortillas – Tomato mascarpone garlic butter chicken pasta – BBQ ranch chicken & bacon burgers – Paneer tikka wraps (you can swap for halloumi or add chicken if you prefer a meat option) – Creamy tomato paprika chicken with garlic mash As always, everything is fully customisable, you can swap proteins, adjust spice levels, or scale portions up or down to suit you. I’ve added notes on a few recipes with lower calorie tweaks depending on your intake, and several of these store really well too. Dump & Bake Chicken Curry Rice
If you love mild, comforting curry flavours but can’t be bothered with lots of prep or washing up, this bake is for you. It’s inspired by mild asian style curries, made in one dish with simple ingredients and very little hands on time. The rice cooks in the oven alongside the chicken, soaking up all the flavour, making it ideal for feeding the family or meal prepping a few dinners or lunches ahead.
