On the menu you’ve got: – Dump & bake chicken curry rice – Creamy garlic parmesan chicken one pan lasagne – One pan cheesy honey chipotle tortillas – Tomato mascarpone garlic butter chicken pasta – BBQ ranch chicken & bacon burgers – Paneer tikka wraps (you can swap for halloumi or add chicken if you prefer a meat option) – Creamy tomato paprika chicken with garlic mash As always, everything is fully customisable, you can swap proteins, adjust spice levels, or scale portions up or down to suit you. I’ve added notes on a few recipes with lower calorie tweaks depending on your intake, and several of these store really well too.
