Spiced, golden paneer cooked with peppers and onion, wrapped up with crisp lettuce and a garlic yoghurt sauce. These wraps are a banging meat free option that are packed with flavour and quick to make. If you don’t like paneer, simply swap to halloumi!

Notes

Paneer is a mild Indian cheese made from curdled milk. It has a firm texture similar to halloumi, but it’s softer and much less salty. Unlike most cheeses, paneer doesn’t melt, which makes it perfect for frying and soaking up flavours like tikka spices and marinades. If you don’t like paneer, you can simply swap to halloumi. You can use any wraps you like, I tend to grab the protein ones just to boost it ever so slightly.
