This was nice and would make again only trouble is can’t seem to get only a small amount of chorizo as needed if you’re only doing one or two

Ahh glad you enjoyed it Louise! I usually buy the ready diced chorizo from Tesco as it comes in smaller packs, which is really handy if you’re only cooking for one or two 💕 Or I’ll plan another chorizo based meal for the next day so the rest doesn’t go to waste xx
