Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry

A comforting, freezer friendly (& dump bag) curry made with tender veg and fragrant spices in a creamy coconut sauce. If you fancy a switch from rice, try it with roasted or mashed sweet potato or root mash. Naan bread or flatbreads are also delicious along with some steamed greens.

Hey Lindsey it shouldn't be watery! If you're currently cooking it, try taking off the lid for the last part of cooking or stir through a cornflour slurry (1 tbsp)
