If you want an added protein boost, sub the cocoa powder and stir through 1/2 scoop of protein powder. You may need a touch of water to loosen. It is best to leave these to chill in the fridge to leave them to set slightly.

Made for a healthy desert. Think I’ll use vanilla Greek yogurt next time to give a bit more sweetness but did really enjoy!

Tasty overall, but not my favourite dessert! Still prefer the actual cheesecake but nice for a change. Might do a little less cocoa powder as still could taste it when eating which was a bit too much
