Preheat the air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (fan) or 200 degrees Celsius (conventional).
You can also use less chicken and make bite sized pieces with the same sauce if having with other sides etc. If you want to make a sriracha dip, I usually mix 40g lighter mayo with 1-2 tsp sriracha sauce, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp distilled vinegar or rice wine vinegaer.

I tend to have these with homemade chips as they are a bit higher in cals than usual. They also pair really well with salad if you want a lighter option.
