Korean BBQ Crispy Tenders

These tenders are crunchy on the outside, juicy in the middle, and coated in an absolute banging sticky Korean BBQ glaze. You can make them lighter by skipping the flour coating. Have them with homemade fries for a cheeky weekend fakeaway, with rice or salad for a lighter option.

Notes

You can also use less chicken and make bite sized pieces with the same sauce if having with other sides etc. If you want to make a sriracha dip, I usually mix 40g lighter mayo with 1-2 tsp sriracha sauce, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp distilled vinegar or rice wine vinegaer.

Pairs With

I tend to have these with homemade chips as they are a bit higher in cals than usual. They also pair really well with salad if you want a lighter option.

Mixed it up with some smaller chicken bites this time! With some homemade air fryer chips. 10/10 👌🏻
