Hi Allie! I haven’t tried it myself, but Greek yoghurt should work 😊 I’d use roughly the same amount and stir it through off the heat at the end to help stop it splitting, then loosen with the pasta water as needed. It will give the sauce a slightly tangier flavour. Reduced fat crème fraîche would also be a really good alternative and would probably be a little more forgiving xx
