Rather than pickled red cabbage and carrot, you can pair this dish with tenderstem broccoli, pak choi, avocado or cucumber Swap the chicken for salmon! It goes so well with this sauce If pan frying, ensure that you spray enough oil to a hot pan and the chicken pieces have space surrounding them.
