Vanilla protein powder can be used in the baked oats if preferred. Alternatively, chocolate protein powder can be used in the yoghurt.
For extra chocolate flavour, stir a few chocolate chips into the baked oat mixture before baking.
Any berries work well, including strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or blueberries.
No Protein Powder?
Simply omit the chocolate protein powder and increase the cocoa powder from 10g to 15g. Reduce the milk to 125ml to maintain the correct consistency.
For the yoghurt layer, use the Greek yoghurt as it is, or stir through 1 tsp vanilla extract and a little sweetener to taste. Alternatively, use a vanilla flavoured yoghurt.
