Cajun Chicken Alfredo Pasta

This is one of those pasta dishes that tastes like something you'd get from a restaurant but is so easy to make! It's got a rich cajun infused garlic parmesan sauce, topped with smoky chicken on a bed of tagliatelle. Perfect with some tenderstem broccoli for added veg or a slice of garlic bread depending on your vibe for the night.

Notes

Tenderstem broccoli, asparagus or peas work really well stirred through the pasta if you'd like to add some extra veg.

If you don't have light cream, use an extra 30g light cream cheese and a splash more pasta water for a similar creamy finish.

Put my own little spin on this recipe with a change of pasta and using diced chicken breast instead. Would definitely make this dish again!

Delicious pasta! Loved the cheesiness in it, loads of flavour and the kick of the cajun spice was amazing!

Made this without the cream cheese as I didn’t have any in the house and was still amazing 🫶🏼 (PS ignore the wine😂)
