For a more traditional Hunters Chicken, wrap each chicken breast with streaky bacon before baking and omit the bacon crumb topping if preferred.
If you don't have BBQ seasoning, use an extra ½ tsp smoked paprika and a pinch of onion granules.
The grated courgette melts into the sauce and is a great way to add extra veg without changing the flavour. You can leave it out if you prefer or swap for a diced red pepper.

I've made this twice keep forgettingna picture but love love love this i swapped courgettes for peppers and left out the cream bit amazballs ✨️
