Week 31 Dinner Meal Plan
Welcome to another weekly dinner plan you can use for inspo or customise to swap out anything you don't fancy! The slow cooker curry does have instructions on how to cook it on the hob if you don't have a slow cooker. As always I hope you enjoy!
Slow Cooker Coconut Chicken Curry
A comforting, freezer friendly (& dump bag) curry made with tender veg and fragrant spices in a creamy coconut sauce. Just toss it all in the slow cooker and come back to a meal prep winner with fluffy rice and fresh coriander. I have also popped in how to cook this on the hob if you don't have a slow cooker.
