Week 27 Dinner Plan
Welcome back to another week of dinners. Starting the week off with my favourite this week, creamy bbq chicken and chorizo loaded potatoes. Kicking off taco tuesday with hot honey prawn tacos paired with a delicious crunchy chipotle slaw. Another favourite this week is the enchilada beef pasta bake followed by the chipotle bbq beef folded crunch wrap. Going into the weekend with bbq honey beef sliders, tandoori chicken burgers and ending the week on a delicious cottage pie. Don't forget you can customise these and swap out anything you don't fancy, as well as building in your breakfasts and lunches x
Creamy BBQ Chicken and Chorizo Loaded Potatoes
This recipe will definitely be one of your new favourites, it's bursting with flavour. Crispy cubed potatoes, seasoned bites of chicken, fried onion all tossed in an addictive cream cheese BBQ sauce. Baked with melted cheese and topped with crispy pieces of chorizo for a smoky element.

Cottage Pie
I made this for dinner yesterday and thought I'd share it here. The filling has got diced carrot and celery, although you can pack it out even more with some mushrooms too. The mash has got some cauliflower in it to give it more volume with some extra nutrients. You could make this veggie if you wanted. I've popped some notes below.
