On the menu you’ve got: – Slow cooked smoky Mexican chicken dipping tacos (with alternative cooking methods if you don’t have a slow cooker) – Cowboy butter steak bowls (easy to swap for chicken or prawns) – Creamy tomato prawn curry – Creamy chicken & bacon Alfredo garlic flatbreads (you could use mini wraps to save on waste) – Garlic peri chicken parm burger – Sweet chilli crispy beef fried rice – Chicken & bacon stuffing loaded potatoes As always, everything is fully customisable, swap proteins, adjust spice levels, or scale portions up or down to suit you. I’ve added notes where helpful for lower calorie tweaks depending on your intake, and several of these store really well too if you want to get ahead or save cooking time during the week. Slow Cooker Smoky Mexican Chicken Dipping Tacos

Inspired by the flavours and dipping style tacos you’d normally associate with birria, this version uses slow cooked shredded chicken in a rich spiced tomato and chipotle sauce. The chicken cooks until tender, then gets crisped up in cheesy tacos with extra sauce on the side for dipping. I have listed an alternative cooking method if you do not have a slow cooker and the chicken can be prepped ahead!
