Happy Friday 🤍 and welcome to this week’s themed meal plan. This one’s all about keeping things budget friendly without sacrificing flavour. One simple shop, a handful of cupboard staples and five proper, banging dinners. The recipes this week are designed to use overlapping ingredients to help reduce food waste. Each recipe serves 2, and the cost is based on that. If you’re cooking for more, you’ll need to increase the quantities accordingly. My Tesco shop came to £28 at the time of publishing (excluding store cupboard ingredients). There’s a separate post covering what I’ve included as cupboard staples.
