Notes

Chicken thigh can be used instead of breast if you prefer a slightly juicier result. Increase the cooking time by a few minutes to ensure it’s fully cooked through. This will also alter the macros.

If you don’t have ground coriander or cumin, you can still make this with just paprika and oregano for a simpler version. Flatbreads can be swapped for pittas, wraps or served without for a lighter option.

The lighter mayo in the yoghurt sauce is optional, but it adds a bit more creaminess. You can leave it out or replace with extra yoghurt.
