Cajun Chicken Sandwich Filler

One of the things I used to love doing when I knew I had some busy days ahead of work was prepping sandwich fillers. You can keep it in the fridge for a few days and then just add it to whatever bread you fancy. For this recipe, it's popped on a bagel with some little gem lettuce as I find this keeps better if you want to take it to work the following day.

Notes

I've entered this on My Fitness Pal with the bagel. The nutritional information for just the filler is below (per portion) Calories: 191 Protein: 32.95g Fat: 2.65g Carbs: 8.3g I like to also have this filling in the Warburton soft pittas, you can use bagel thins too but I do find normal sized bagels hold the filling best, and its also delicious on a wrap

Presentation isn't my strong point 😂. Made this for lunch today and it tastes amazing! Not usually a fan of using yoghurt instead of mayo for dressings but this doesn't even taste like it's got yoghurt in it! Will deffinately make this again!
