Slow Cooker Beef Casserole
This has got to be one of the cosiest dinners to snuggle up to. Perfect for busy days, batch cooking, or when you just want dinner sorted with minimal effort. You can easily throw in some chopped swede or mushrooms for added bulk and I have also popped in how to make it via the hob or oven if you don’t have a slow cooker. Best served with some creamy mash potato or with some bread for dunking.
