Yoghurt: I use a thick 0% Greek yoghurt such as Fage, but it is naturally quite tangy. Vanilla Skyr is a great alternative if you prefer a slightly sweeter, less tart flavour, particularly for the pistachio topping.
Protein powder: This is optional. If leaving it out, add 10g extra oats and start with slightly less milk, adding more as needed until you have a thick, creamy consistency.
Pistachio cream: Brands vary in sweetness, so adjust the sweetener in the oats to taste.
Fruit: Strawberries would work well instead of raspberries too.
Make It Lighter
For a lower calorie version, swap the semi skimmed milk for unsweetened almond milk. You can also leave off the white chocolate or chopped pistachios if preferred.
